AGE REQUIREMENT You must be at least 18 years old and possess a government issued photo ID to reserve or rent a room
MAKING A RESERVATION A credit card is required to book a room in advance. Cash is accepted at the office.
ROOM RATE AND TAX Any quoted rate is subject to change for any time and for any reason, and all rates are subject to a 12.1% tax rate. The room rate is for 1 or 2 persons. There is a $10 fee for each additional person, children 17 and under are free.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY Two (2) persons per bed. Our single queen rooms and king rooms, maximum of two (2) persons, our double queen room maximum of four (4) persons, and our triple queen room, maximum of six (6) persons. We have no cots, roll-aways or cribs available.
CANCELLATION We observe a 3 day (72 hr) cancellation policy. If you need to cancel, please let us know before that deadline, within 3 days of your arrival, or you will be charged the cost of 1 night plus tax.
CHANGES TO YOUR RESRVATION We do allow any changes to your reservation in the same 3 day (72 hr) cancellation policy window, based on availability, of course. However, within the 3 days or during your stay, you are required to honor your full reservation, if you need to check out early, for any reason, a refund will not be issued.
OFFICE HOURS: 8am – 11pm
CHECK IN TIME: After 3pm
CHECK OUT TIME: Before 11am
LATE ARRIVAL The office closes promptly at 11pm. If you are going to be arriving later than 11pm, you must contact the office in order to set up a late check-in. Failure to do so, and there is no guarantee you will be able to check-in, and no refunds will be issued.
REGISTRATION All guests occupying a room need to be registered at the office. Passing of room keys, or checking-in for someone else is strictly prohibited. If you are paying for someone (other than yourself) to occupy the room, you will be 100% responsible for that person, and that person must be present at time of keys being issued, and the person must also be over 18 and have valid identification.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT Every guest must pay a deposit of $100 before room keys are issued. The deposit is fully refundable pending a successful room inspection upon check out.
PETS We have dog friendly rooms only, and do not accept any other types of pets. There is a $15 per night FEE for your dog. We reserve the right to decline any dog we deem necessary. Please see PET POLICY at the bottom of this page.
TENANCY All guests must acknowledge they are not establishing tenancy on premise; stays are solely temporary, and guest agrees they have other long-term housing and their stay at our motel is limited to short term accommodations not to exceed 28 days on any given stay.
KEYS There is a $5 fee for any unreturned room key, whether it's lost, stolen, missing, or forgotten. For your safety and security, we provide the latest technology with RFID keys and door locks for our guest rooms in which replacement keys are costly, more than the original stripe key cards. Thank you for your understanding.
VEHICLES All vehicles in our parking lot must be registered with the office. If plans change and another vehicle is added, it must be registered also. The motel and staff reserve the right to tow any undisclosed, or vehicle staff deem as unauthorized before during or after the guest stay, and also reserves the right at any time to have guests remove their vehicle from the premises at the managers discretion. Finally, any maintenance or work to your vehicle in our parking lot is strictly prohibited.
NO SMOKING Our rooms are 100% non-smoking. Smoking of any kind, vaping, open flames, or tampering with smoke detectors is not permitted in any guest room and is strictly enforced. Any violation of this policy and will forfeit your $100 deposit (at the very least) and you will be responsible for any damages, cleaning fees, and lost business the hotel accrues due to your violation.
CLEANLINESS Please treat our rooms with respect, as you would treat the guest room in our Grandma's home. Please pick up after yourself, any garbage, trash, spills, to avoid any bugs. Also, please do not drag, push, pull, or move furniture or heavy baggage across our guest room floors, it will scratch. If you require housekeeping service, please inform the office by 11:00am
COOKING Do not cook food in our guest rooms, other than in the microwave we provide. All other cooking devices need to be used outdoors. This includes portable grills, crock pots, toasters, burners, or any food warming device.
TRASH Please dispose of all garbage in trash cans. There are trashcans in your guest room, more are placed strategically throughout the property, and there is a dumpster in the very back of the property, the west side, off Mission St. This includes beer cans, cigarette butts, food wrappers, food particles, everything. Nothing is to be left on walkways and parking lot areas.
PARTYING & GATHERINGS We do not allow partying on our property. Please refrain from any large gatherings or congregating in groups of 6 or more in the guest rooms or public areas, as it is disruptive to others. Additionally, any noticeably loud, unruly, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. And we observe a Zero tolerance policy for any and all illegal activity.
QUIET HOURS We observe quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Please be mindful of the noise you create, slamming of doors, sound of your voice, volume of your TV and your music. Please be aware of your fellow guests, early in the mornings, and late in the evenings.
DAMAGES You are responsible for any and all damage(s) that is done to the room or the contents within, beyond normal wear and tear, caused by yourself, or any guest that is with you. All towels, linens, blankets are property of the motel, and any found missing or damaged beyond cleaning, you will be charged for the full cost of replacement and any additional fees that accrue.
VACATE Motel and staff reserve the right to immediately terminate guests stay and ordered to vacate the property at their sole discretion without refund, for any reason deemed necessary at the discretion of the manager of duty, for the following reasons, however not limited to: disruptive noise, offensive behavior, observed abuse, misuse of premise, equipment, illegal activity, smoking, any violation listed here, or more persons in room than agreed upon.
THEFT OF PERSONAL ITEMS The motel and staff are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items, anywhere on premises, including your guest room and your vehicle. We empathize and we will be helpful in any way possible, yet the motel and staff assume no responsibility or liability.
LOST & FOUND Anything of value that is left in a room, our staff is instructed to immediately bring the items to the office, so we are able to contact the guest by any means possible for an immediate return of property. For items like wallets, purses, cell phones, computers, any electronics, jewellery, watches, medicine, etc. However, if any other item is left behind, it is bagged, tagged, and recorded, held for 30 days, before the item gets donated or thrown away. It is the guests’ responsibility to contact the office within 30 days. And any item that requires shipping will be at the sole responsibility of the guest for payment, pick-up and delivery.
RESPECT Please be respectful to all fellow guests, to management, to staff, and to each other. We are a family place, please be aware of loud and offensive language in the presence of others. Please respect our property, inside and out, the rules and policies within, and report anything that is broken, breaks, or in need of repair. Please abide by the Golden Rule; treat others as you yourself wish to be treated.
Any violation of the above-mentioned policies, rules, and regulations could result in monetary charges, fines, fees, and up to and including removal from property with no refund. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to reach out and contact us. We appreciate your cooperation in advance.

We have dog friendly rooms. We welcome our four-legged guests to our Inn. However, it is imperative the dog is registered to ensure proper cleaning of your guest room after your departure for the benefit of future guests.
Therefore, any unregistered dog found on the premises, will result in forfeiture of your deposit, and termination of your full reservation with no refund. Please, just let us know!
We allow one (1) dog per room, who is at least one (1) year or older (no puppies, sorry) and we do not accept any other types of pets.
There is a $15 per night pet fee per night, collected at time of check-in. We reserve the right to decline any dog for any reason we deem necessary.
