Terms and Conditions

Must be at least 18 years old and present to book a room. Valid photo ID required upon check-in. Office is open between 8am-11pm. After hours you are on your own. Check in begins at 3pm till 11pm; checkouts are any time before 11am; keys shall be left at office glass window drop box upon checkout or guest will be charged $5 per key not returned. Hotel is not responsible for afterhours check in issues. Breakfast is 8am-10am. Our room rates are always awesome, but subject to change. Like other hotels we add 12% hospitality tax to rates. Maximum two adults per bed. Booking is fully refundable only until 72 hours before check in begins. Prepayment amounting to first night stay is charged 72 hours before check in. No shows on first day will be charged for full reservation and room may be rented to others. Bed linen/towels are NOT gifts and should remain in room. No smoking or smoke allowed. Any violation will result in no less than $100 charge. We want you to have a great time but wish the same for other guests. Staff reserve right to terminate guests stay without refund for reasons not limited to disruptive noise; offensive behavior; observed abuse, misuse of premise, equipment, or more persons in room than agreed. Missing items or damages will be charged to guest. Pre-existing damages or room issues must be reported to front desk immediately after check in to avoid being charged. Motel and staff are not responsible for guest’s belongings or wellbeing on the premise and upon end of guest stay any remaining personal items on the premise will be deemed trash and may be trashed. Nightly guests will pay $100 security deposit & weekly rate guests will pay $150 security deposit. Belongings must be stored orderly within room allowing space (as determined by staff) for staff to clean. We're pet friendly. Maximum one pet per room with $15 charge per night. Pets cannot be left unattended; must be on leash outside room. No venomous pets allowed; staff reserve right to decline pets. Motel reserves right to tow any undisclosed or unauthorized vehicle during guest stay or post stay at vehicle owners expense. Management reserves right at any time to have guests remove their vehicle from premise. By staying at motel all guests agree they are not establishing tenancy on premise; stays are solely temporary and guest agrees they have other long term housing.
